Reconsideration Denied

On Sept. 8, 2015, the appelate court denied the motion for reconsideration of Rev. Pinkney’s bond pending appeal.

Judge Shapiro would have granted reconsideration.

This news is very disappointing, but not surprising.  The appeal process continues.
