Statement from Benton Harbor Resident
This is what happens whenever an assertive Black men stands up in America. This is the third time that this town came after Rev. Pinkney with false charges...Why? All because he stands up for justice in America.
The problem is Whirlpool, they want the land; thus removing all the Blacks out of this area, they want the land to make a golf course and other festivities for the rich.
Rev. Pinkney discovered the collusion between the elected officials and Whirlpool.
Note: They made sure that the jury was all WHITE, in a predominately all Black community. This is Justice in America.
