Sharon Tyler Knowingly Walks Deeper Into Mud

List of Lie's Told by Berrien County Clerk (elected office) in Thursday's Clarity Hearing at the state capitol --

Fact:  Clerk Tyler requested $20,000.00 from county residents to appeal the recall of Mayor James Hightower.
In the clarity hearing she stated she did not specify an amount.
However, she did request exactly $20K, and the Herald Palladium reported it.

Fact:  Clerk Tyler filed a lawsuit against herself.
In the clarity hearing she stated she did not.
In a county hearing where she stated she was filing a lawsuit to stop the election which she certified, Judge John Dewane stated, "You cannot file a lawsuit against yourself." She then filed the lawsuit against herself.  (If Whirlpool is behind you, you can break any law you wish.)

Fact:  The recall petitions were removed from Tyler's office by a sheriff's deputy without a warrant, subpoena, or judge's order.
In the clarity hearing she stated she was not aware of the petitions being removed from her office.

Fact:  The recall petitions were taken to Lansing by the sheriff's deputy and left for more than three months.
In the clarity hearing she stated the petitions never left the county sheriff's office.

Sharon Tyler is a bold-faced liar who's hands are slimey with mud.  In Berrien County, Michigan, justice for African-American Benton Harbor residents is very hard to come by with Whirlpool in charge of almost everything.
