On Monday, three more recall petitions were
filed with the Board of State Canvassers
against Berrien County Clerk Sharon Tyler:

(1) For not upholding the integrity of the
county clerk's office by lying under
oath concerning the chain of custody
of the original recall petitions against
the mayor of Benton Harbor, Michigan.

(2) For being untruthful to the Board of
State Canvassers about the chain of
   custody concerning the petitions to
recall the mayor of Benton Harbor,
   Michigan.

(3) For filing an appeal to reverse Berrien
County Judge John Dewane's decision to
put the Benton Harbor mayoral recall on
   the November ballot.

There are now a total of six recall petitions
pending against Sharon Tyler.  The other three:

(4) On August 12, 2014 the Berrien County
Court issued its opinion and order
requiring that the question of the
recall of the mayor of the city of Benton
Harbor be placed on the ballot for the
Nov. 4, 2014 general election.  Tyler
filed an appeal to stop it from being
   placed on the ballot.

(5) For filing a motion for immediate consid-
eration of the peremptory reversal of
   Berrien County Judge John Dewane's
decision to place the recall election
on the Nov. 4, 2014 ballot.

(6) For filing a lawsuit to stop the city of
   Benton Harbor's mayoral recall election.

During the Sept. 4, 2014 hearing before the
Board, Sharon Tyler was untruthful under
oath.  The clerk viciously attacked the
Herald Palladium newspaper, stating the
Herald Palladium prints news that is not
truthful.

Sharon Tyler did not tell the Board of State
Canvassers what her Election Administrator
Carolyn Toliver told the trial court -- that,
when approached by a detective of the Berrien
County Sheriff's Department, Toliver allowed
the original recall petitions to be taken
without a warrant, subpoena, or Judge's
order.  That broke the law -- Sections 492
and 491 of the state Penal Code.

We must stop the corruption inside the
Berrien County Courthouse.

Sharon Tyler Knowingly Walks Deeper Into Mud

List of Lie's Told by Berrien County Clerk (elected office) in Thursday's Clarity Hearing at the state capitol --

Fact:  Clerk Tyler requested $20,000.00 from county residents to appeal the recall of Mayor James Hightower.
In the clarity hearing she stated she did not specify an amount.
However, she did request exactly $20K, and the Herald Palladium reported it.

Fact:  Clerk Tyler filed a lawsuit against herself.
In the clarity hearing she stated she did not.
In a county hearing where she stated she was filing a lawsuit to stop the election which she certified, Judge John Dewane stated, "You cannot file a lawsuit against yourself." She then filed the lawsuit against herself.  (If Whirlpool is behind you, you can break any law you wish.)

Fact:  The recall petitions were removed from Tyler's office by a sheriff's deputy without a warrant, subpoena, or judge's order.
In the clarity hearing she stated she was not aware of the petitions being removed from her office.

Fact:  The recall petitions were taken to Lansing by the sheriff's deputy and left for more than three months.
In the clarity hearing she stated the petitions never left the county sheriff's office.

Sharon Tyler is a bold-faced liar who's hands are slimey with mud.  In Berrien County, Michigan, justice for African-American Benton Harbor residents is very hard to come by with Whirlpool in charge of almost everything.
