Rev. Pinkney Arrested AGAIN, supporters: Lynn Stewart, Voice Of Detroit, EXPOSED,

What's really happening to the people of Benton Harbor:
The thrust [of the Berrien county courthouse] is to physically remove and destroy families through the use
of the criminal justice system. Every person they can put in jail; every person whose voting rights they can
revoke with a felony conviction; every person they can cause to lose their job by putting them on probation;
every person they can cause to lose the ability to pay for basic necessities through imposing ruinous court
costs and probation is all part of the process. In the 1960s, it was called Negro removal. In Bosnia, it was
called ethnic cleansing. It could be called genocide, the removal of the minority population for the purpose
of redevelopment of the land. That’s what’s happening in Benton Harbor and the foremost leader
of the resistance is Rev. Edward Pinkney. --Civil rights attorney, Hugh "Buck" Davis

Hunger Strike: Day 6

Rev. Pinkney's hearing in front of Judge Butzbaugh has been
postponed until 4pm tomorrow, Thursday 12/20.

Funny, Whirlpool's company paper, the Herald-Palladium,
reported on yesterday's front page that the judge might revoke
Pinkney's probation today! This begs the question: how would
they know that before it happened? Is it all one big corrupt club in Berrien County?
Media, corporation & corp. real estate, gov., courts, law enforcement, Rep. Fred Upton......
Good luck finding articles on the paper's website. They are
not a member of with other city papers in Michigan,
and make their site almost impossible to navigate. Certain things must
remain secret where corruption runs so deep.

The Motion, Affidavit, and Bench Warrant posted on
_edward_pinkney_warrant.pdf states, “I request a bench warrant be issued and Pickney, Edward be arrested and brought before the Court for probation revocation proceeding for the following reasons: …” It appears the Herald-Palladium, extradicted and used their wording. This is a State of Michigan form that is used in all counties as approved by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO).

That is what happens at a probation revocation hearing. They either revoke it or they don't. So saying it is possible is correct. Actually it is pretty likely.

He rigged an election and got caught, then got a slap on the wrist. So what does he do? He attacks publicly the guy who chose to slap his wrist. Good move.

Kinda reminds me of the joke about the guy who walked up to the lion and kicked him in the mouth.

Ok, I think Pinkney is a total fraud as much as everyone else, but readin the warrant online... BLACK OUT HIS SOCIAL SECURITY AND DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER for goodness sakes.

The implication by Gordon was that the Herald-Palladium knew probation was being revoked. This was extrapolated from the legal wording on the form itself and what the words of the author, at the Herald-Palladium, used in his/her article. Actually, probation can be continued, extended or revoked after a finding of guilty at probation violation hearing.

Of course this isn't a normal probation. He was under house arrest which makes it a little more sticky. He doesn't really have to revoke him at all, but just revoke the tether option entirely and he stays in jail for his entire original term.

And if I read right (reading up some law sites) his time on tether doesn't count because he didn't complete it successfully. :)

The Herald-Palladium is available by subscription or out of the paper racks. The newspaper is available to the whole community. I fail to see how you can say they are hiding something, as it is the same paper in St. Joseph as it is in Benton Harbor. You just don’t want to buy one. Your logic is that businesses and government are obligated to give to free service. Some things in life are not free, as they have to pay their workers.

“HC” and other Michigan residents: One of the problems at checking on law sites and getting advice from jailhouse lawyers is that each state is different. The 10th amendment to the constitution states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." (
const.html) Each state is rule by its own statutes. A good website is: (

OK BANCO is crap and Pinkney is an ***hole. I get that but still....

In the rest of this country you can't be locked up for calling a judge bad names. It's called free speech.

And what's with arresting a guy and allowing no bond and no hearing for 6 full days? Even the flamers here don't claim Pinkney's dangerous.

Justice, do you really know what
you want to say? You sound like
one confused indiividual. First
you bad mouthing BANCO and Rev
Pinkney, and then you turn around
typing about no bond then freedom of speech.

So what is your point that you are trying to establish? Can't you
see the game that the Court system is playing with your tax dollars?

The Judge had Pinkney locked up
because he had nothing else to do but show the Public his power, and
he can f**k with people anytime he get ready. Now is that a man who is unholding the law?, or is that a
man abusing the law with your tax dollars?

That Judge took an oath to uphold
the law, not to abuse the law, and
that's what Pinkney was talking about. The Judge knew Pinkney was
not lying on him,but what I think
happened was the Judge was really
embarrassed, and that was his way of getting even with Pinkney.

In closing, Why do many of you whites screw up things, and then when someone call your asses out you get angry? Now, let me make that statement a little clear.
Our Black race have people who does the samething, and act the same way. Its time to get real.

WilliamX has a photographic memory, he just doesn’t have film. Besides, everything thing needed to know, he learned in prison.
