Some judges, prosecutors, lawyers and police officers are corrupt.
These public officials work for us. We, the people, do not work for them. Through the taxpayers’ money, our money, we have taxation without any representation in Berrien County, Michigan
Judges, prosecutors and police officers have sworn an oath to protect every U.S. citizen, to make sure that justice is served according to the state and federal regulations, through legislative laws and to protect our constitutional rights.
When these various officials violate our rights, they need to be exposed and held accountable for deliberate actions of violating our rights. Many times corruption stems from their motivation of greed.
Judge Alfred Butzbaugh, who sent his denial of a retrial to the news media first for the third time instead of sending it to the defendant’s attorney, has been known for his corruption. He is a liar, dishonest, corrupt and a disgrace to every respectable judge in the nation. He violated or watched as over twenty of Rev. Pinkney’s constitutional rights were violated during his trial. He watched prosecutor Gerald Vignasky bribe, threaten and coerce witnesses to perjure themselves on the stand.
Our forefathers felt that in order to have justice we must have a jury of our peers. It is obvious that a jury of ones peers must be people who actually know the defendant, ones who have the same rank, are equal before
the law and have the same values. How else would they be able to judge motive and intent?
Juries today are pro-prosecutor which is against the law and they are motivated by something other than truth and justice. Peers of the defendant, like the rights of juries, have been severely tarnished. We must say no more to all white juries in cases with non-white defendants.
Our mission is to work for the reform of a broken system that destroys far more individuals and families than it helps. This is at an immense cost to the taxpayers of this country and is outright criminal.
In order to bring about changes in the system, it will take a community of people to rise up and take a stand against the corruption in the system in an effort to save and protect our rights. We need your help in this cause!
Berrien County, Michigan is out of control. Anytime we have a corrupt judge like Judge Alfred Butzbaugh and a corrupt prosecutor like Gerald Vignasky, we must change the system. There is power in numbers so please join us in our goal to protect every U.S. citizen and their human rights.

You are not supposed to be so blind with patriotism that you can’t face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who says it or does it. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and never will.

That is an obvious statement if you are a racist. Let's take that statement step by step and show you how you are so utterly wrong.
1. Know the defendant - that actually makes a person inellegible to serve on a jury
2. Same Rank - All fake reverends? Heck even if you say all reverends.
3. Equal before the law - A great inflamatory statement with no basis in reality
4. Have the same values - In this case it would mean someone else who thinks it is ok to fix an election? (regardless of whether he is innocent or not that would be the criteria)

Then start a grass root campaign to make sure that blacks change their address at the DMV and notify the proper authorities so that they can serve on juries. If you get a majority of residents to correct these things and keep them updated and this is still a problem, then bring it up again.

Paxton is a non issue because they only acquired the paper in 2000 and you have I presume hated them longer than that. One interesting fact is that John Klock was one of the paper's founders.
And you close it with another racist statement. I love it.

Police Brutality is wrong against anyone regardless of race. I'd hate to be white (and not poor), or latino, or oriental, or native american, etc... in the world you wish to create.

Can poor whites serve on a jury if a black person is the defendant? If so, can you give some guidance as to the exact dollar threshold to be considered eligible for jury status? And please include whether that is pre or post-tax income levels.

I sense a common refrain: its "the system"; its "white people", etc. How simplistic.
Progress starts in the home. Children must study very hard the fundamentals of reading, writing and math. Do parents in Benton Harbor ensure this is done each night?
Do not drop out of school. Graduate, go to college on one of the many student loan or grant programs. Graduate. Do not listen to people that say you are a victim. Take charge of your own future. Be financially independent.
I have yet to see any of the Pickney followers (or perhaps its simply Pickney himself posting under numerous names) preach about education and developing skills that can create financial independence. Its all "you are a victim; now send me some money" baloney.

The problem is generational in BH. All too many families are crack families. The parents were crack babies 15-25 years ago and are now having their own.
Crack babies generally have a lower IQ as well as other difficulties. This means that a great deal of parents just unable to care properly for their children, they had no examples and just don't have the ability.

We are going to begin making plans to bring a huge contingent (we're talking buses here) of people to the demonstration next July.
As an aside to the people posting defensive comments and accusing this site of being racist: Put yourselves in check...please.
As whites, we need to realize that our role throughout our history has been that of an oppressor. Our glorious history began in 1492 with the genocide of almost an entire race of people. Are you proud of this? I'm embarrassed and ashamed. We are a nation that enslaved blacks and made women second class citizens (some can argue it still goes on and they have a good point!). Again, I'm embarrassed and ashamed. That unfortunately has been the history and it's a fact. We continue to live in a racist state and racist nation that continuously infringes upon the rights of people of color, women, non-Christians, non-heterosexuals, and the poor and middle class. And lets take it a step further - whites whose idealogy does not match the ruling classes and corporations agenda - are also under attack. That's a fact. For once though it would be nice to see white males acknowledging their white, male, middle class, and heterosexual privilege and show some accountability for what has taken place. But instead, most keep pointing fingers and being defensive - but that's not going to make the problem go away. We are all slaves right now - to a system of government that only shows accountability to the corporations who line their pocket. We are headed for a police state and if you have doubts about it - read your history - we are guilty as Americans of not knowing our history and other nations' histories. There are parallels here that can not be purely coincidental.
I apologize for the lengthy post - but to conclude, the only way to fix the problem is to come together as one. We need to unite. Whether you're an environmentalist, anti-war, human rights, immigration, or whatever the issue you stand for - we all need to stand together because we are fighting against the same problem.
Finally, there is only one race of people - the human race. We share 99.4% of the same DNA - We are all brothers and sisters and like in any family - we're stuck with each other. We may have different religions, different ethnicities, different values, but inside we are all one human family. We need to put whatever differences we have aside and stand together as one united front.

Slavery is an abhorent thing, but it wasn't limited to white men.
Also get some other facts straight. Women were not second class citizens, they were considered part of the family unit and the men were the leaders of the family. I am not saying this was right, it was just the way people believed. As beliefs changed the law changed with them. Should it have changed sooner, most certainly.
You asked me to take accountability for what has taken place? Most certainly not. I did not enslave anyone, my ancestors did not enslave anyone. Why should I be singled out because of the color of my skin just because someone hundreds of years ago enslaved people? You are obviously new to this website Chris because this website is based on the assumption that Whirlpool magically doesn't pay taxes, so they have their pockets lined they don't line any pockets (yeah I know, it doesn't make any sense to me either). The rest of that statement is ridiculous too. The system is accountable to the people and you have voting power to make changes. (and do not bring up Pinkney's buying the vote, he was convicted and the election reheld, so that is done).

Race isn't the issue when it comes
down to jurie selections. Its the
fairness that counts, and allowing
jury members to serve who work for
Whirlpool isn't fair.
Thereforth the majority of Whirlpool/Cornerstone is white,
and of course they will do any
thing to please their boss (including lying)
In closing, I suggest you take your
complaint or concern to Berrien County, and ask them what you just posted.

point for putting the word out now,
and to me it makes senses.
What he said was July is eight months away, but 8 months is
plenty of time to get the word
out about the big event.
Now after agreeing I am joining
him in letting people know about
July. This way people will have time to plan for July. Such as
traveling expenses, transportation,
etc,etc,etc.
Hopefully, this will be as big as
Jena, due to the fact that it is
time for a change, and one thing
for sure...if its GOD will I will
be right there in front with my
